Taller: "Momentos críticos en la supervisión doctoral: Comienzo y periodos posteriores de crisis"

Ayer, día 14 de enero, se desarrolló con éxito el taller "momentos críticos en la supervisión doctoral: Comienzo y periodos posteriores de crisis" (para la formación de directores de tesis) en dos sesiones, mañana y tarde, con 26 y 19 participantes, respectivamente. Impartieron el curso Joan Josep Carvajal Martí y Mireia Valverde Aparicio, pertenecientes al grupo de formadores para la profesionalización de la supervisión doctoral de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), referente en la formación de directores y directoras de tesis, a nivel español y latinoamericano.

Se trataron aspectos clave como: la selección de candidatos, el proceso de diagnóstico y tratamiento de problemas en la supervisión doctoral o la práctica del proceso de resolución de problemas.

Yesterday, 14th January, the workshop ‘Critical moments in doctoral supervision: Beginning and subsequent periods of crisis’ (for the training of thesis supervisors) was successfully held in two sessions, morning and afternoon, with 26 and 19 participants, respectively. The course was given by Joan Josep Carvajal Martí and Mireia Valverde Aparicio, members of the group of trainers for the professionalisation of doctoral supervision at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), a benchmark in the training of thesis supervisors in Spain and Latin America.

Key aspects such as the selection of candidates, the process of diagnosis and treatment of problems in doctoral supervision and the practice of the problem-solving process were discussed.
