El Premio Fertiberia a la Mejor Tesis Doctoral de Temas Agrícolas busca promover una aplicación racional y responsable de los fertilizantes compatible con los criterios de un desarrollo sostenible.

Las tesis que opten al galardón deben tratar sobre la fertilización, los suelos y su enmienda, aunque también se valoran trabajos relacionadas con la actividad agrícola en general. Asimismo, tienen que haber obtenido la máxima calificación “cum laude”, en España, o su equivalente en Portugal, así como haber sido defendidas durante el pasado curso académico.

• Es uno de los premios a la investigación agraria mejor dotado económicamente de Europa, con un importe de 30.000€ cada año.

The Fertiberia Prize for the Best Doctoral Thesis on Agricultural Subjects seeks to promote the rational and responsible application of fertilisers compatible with sustainable development criteria.
The theses competing for the award must deal with fertilisation, soils and their amendment, although works related to agricultural activity in general are also valued. They must also have obtained the maximum qualification "cum laude" in Spain, or its equivalent in Portugal, as well as having been defended during the last academic year.

• It is one of the most financially endowed agricultural research awards in Europe, with an amount of €30,000 each year.
