Taller Iberus Connect sobre preparación y presentación de comunicaciones y pósteres a congresos.

 

El próximo miércoles 31 de enero a las 16:30h realizaremos una actividad formativa para la comunidad de doctorandos de Iberus Connect sobre la preparación y presentación de comunicaciones y pósteres a CONGRESOS. Consistirá en un taller de aproximadamente 3h en el que trabajaremos los siguientes contenidos:

PARTE 1: INTRODUCCIÓN TEÓRICA (1H)
- Elección de congresos
- Proceso de presentación
- Elaboración y presentación de comunicaciones
- Elaboración y presentación de pósteres

PARTE 2: ELABORACIÓN DE UN PÓSTER (1H)
- Trabajo en grupos por área de conocimiento en la elaboración y diseño de un póster

PARTE 3: PRESENTACIÓN DE PÓSTERES (1H)
- Presentación de los pósteres elaborados por cada grupo

IMPORTANTE
- Se trata de un taller esencialmente práctico, donde habrá una parte de teoría inicial dónde se explicará toda la información relacionada con la búsqueda, preparación y presentación de materiales para congresos y el resto del taller será de trabajo práctico, enfocado en la elaboración de un póster.
- Cada asistente debe traer un artículo de investigación de calidad para trabajar en el póster. El artículo puede ser propio (si tenéis la tesis más avanzada) o no. Debe ser un artículo de tu rama de conocimiento y de interés para tu línea de investigación.
- Cada asistente debe traer un ordenador para poder trabajar en la elaboración del póster. Se recomienda traer también un pen drive para facilitar la presentación del póster.

Nos reuniremos en el aula 2 del edificio A de la facultad de Medicina (Domingo Miral, s/n, 50009 Zaragoza).

Debido al formato del taller, la actividad se realizará de forma presencial. Sin embargo, habilitaremos un enlace para acceder online a la primera parte de la actividad (la sesión teórica). Los asistentes online no podrán recibir certificado al no asistir a la sesión completa.

Iberus Connect workshop on the preparation and presentation of papers and posters at conferences.

Next Wednesday 31 January at 16:30h we will carry out a training activity for the Iberus Connect community of doctoral students on the preparation and presentation of papers and posters at CONGRESSES. It will consist of a workshop of approximately 3h in which we will work on the following contents:

PART 1: THEORETICAL INTRODUCTION (1H)
- Choice of congresses
- Presentation process
- Elaboration and presentation of papers
- Preparation and presentation of posters

PART 2: PREPARATION OF A POSTER (1H)
- Working in groups by area of knowledge in the elaboration and design of a poster.

PART 3: POSTER PRESENTATION (1H)
- Presentation of the posters produced by each group.

IMPORTANT
- This is an essentially practical workshop, where there will be an initial theory part where all the information related to the search, preparation and presentation of materials for congresses will be explained and the rest of the workshop will be practical work, focused on the elaboration of a poster.
- Each attendee must bring a quality research article to work on the poster. The article can be your own (if you have a more advanced thesis) or not. It must be an article in your field of knowledge and of interest to your line of research.
- Each attendee should bring a computer to work on the poster. It is also recommended to bring a pen drive to facilitate the presentation of the poster.

We will meet in classroom 2 of building A of the Faculty of Medicine (Domingo Miral, s/n, 50009 Zaragoza).

Due to the format of the workshop, the activity will be held in person. However, we will provide a link for online access to the first part of the activity (the theoretical session). Online attendees will not be able to receive a certificate as they will not be able to attend the full session.
