Seminario orientativo Iberus Connect | 2 noviembre.
Estimados/as compañeros/as,
El próximo jueves 2 de noviembre a las 17h tendrá lugar el primer encuentro
de la comunidad de doctorandos Iberus Connect. Consistirá en un taller de
aproximadamente 2 horas y 30 min en el que se tratarán las siguientes
temáticas:
Primera parte (1h 30 minutos)
- Presentación del programa de Campus Iberus: embajadores, programa de
mentoría y próximas actividades.
- Trámites administrativos del programa de doctorado: fechas clave, plan
de investigación, DAD, formación transversal, congresos…
- Recursos y herramientas útiles para doctorandos: bases de datos,
gestores bibliográficos, herramientas, Inteligencia Artificial...
- Gestión del proceso de doctorado.
- Preguntas y dudas.
Segunda parte (1h)
- Actividades icebreaker.
- Crear lazos entre los doctorandos.
- Conocer a otros doctorandos y crear una comunidad de apoyo.
La actividad está abierta a doctorandos de cualquier programa y año de
tesis. Os animamos a venir si tenéis cualquier duda con respecto al proceso
de doctorado, si queréis conocer herramientas útiles para vuestro proyecto
de tesis y vuestro trabajo investigador y si estáis interesados en conocer
a otros doctorandos.
Nos reuniremos en el seminario 3 edificio B de la facultad de Medicina
(Domingo Miral, s/n, 50009 Zaragoza).
Por favor, si estás interesado en acudir rellena el siguiente formulario para
poder hacernos una idea del número de asistentes:
(Los que no se inscriban podrán asistir igualmente a la actividad y
recogeremos sus datos el día de la actividad)
Desde Campus Iberus se emitirán certificados de asistencia a las personas
que acudan presencialmente.

Dear colleagues,
Next Thursday, November 2 at 5 p.m. the first meeting of the Iberus Connect
community of PhD students will take place. It will consist of a workshop of
approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes in which the following topics will be
discussed:
First part (1h 30 minutes)
- Presentation of the Campus Iberus program: ambassadors, mentoring
program and upcoming activities.
- Administrative procedures of the PhD program: key dates, research plan,
DAD, transversal activities, conferences…
- Useful resources and tools for PhD students: databases, bibliographic
managers, tools, Artificial Intelligence…
- Management of the doctoral process.
- Q&A.
Second part (1h)
- Icebreaker activities.
- Meet other doctoral students and create a community of support.
The activity is open to PhD students from any program and year of thesis.
We encourage you to come if you have any questions regarding the PhD
process, if you want to learn about useful tools for your thesis project
and your research work, and if you are interested in meeting other PhD
students.
We will meet in seminar 3, building B of the Faculty of Medicine (Domingo
Miral, s/n, 50009 Zaragoza).

(Those who do not register will still be able to attend the activity and we
will collect their data on the day of the activity)
>From Campus Iberus, certificates of attendance will be issued to people who
attend in person.
