Publicación de convocatoria de ayudas “iMOVE” para estancias breves en centros I+D+I o en empresas extranjeras | CSIC | Hasta 22 de mayo

Publicación de la convocatoria de ayudas "iMOVE" de 2024 para la realización de estancias breves en centros de I+D+i o empresas en el extranjero por parte de personal investigador en formación que esté realizando la tesis doctoral en el CSIC.

 

El objetivo de estas ayudas es promover la movilidad del personal investigador en formación del CSIC como mejora del programa formativo y desarrollo de su tesis doctoral. Las estancias podrán realizarse en Centros de I+D+i o en empresas extranjeras de reconocido prestigio.

  • Requisitos:

    • Estar matriculado/a en un programa de doctorado y estar realizando la tesis doctoral en un instituto o centro del CSIC, bajo la dirección del personal investigador del CSIC durante el período íntegro de realización de la estancia.

    • No disponer de ayudas que financien estancias internacionales o en su defecto acreditar que se ha solicitado y no se ha obtenido la ayuda correspondiente.

    • Las estancias en el extranjero objeto de estas ayudas deberán realizarse en su totalidad, pudiendo iniciarse a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la resolución de concesión hasta el 31 de julio de 2025, siempre dentro del periodo de matrícula en el Programa de Doctorado.

    • La duración de la estancia será de 30 días mínimo y de 90 días máximo, y se desarrollará en un único periodo y centro o empresa.

    • Las ayudas están destinadas exclusivamente a cubrir los gastos de alojamiento y manutención (los gastos de viaje no están incluidos).
       

  • Solicitud:

El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes comenzará el 22 de abril y permanecerá abierto hasta el 22 de mayo de 2024

 

  • Presentación de solicitudes:

Aunque las personas beneficiarias de estas ayudas serán los/as doctorandos/as que resulten seleccionados/as, son los/as investigadores/as adscritos a Institutos o Centros del CSIC que estén dirigiendo a doctorandos/as en activo, los que han de solicitarla.  Cada investigador/a podrá solicitar únicamente una ayuda asociada a una tesis doctoral que esté supervisando. No podrá solicitar la ayuda el personal investigador doctor adscrito a un centro o instituto diferente a aquel en el que el personal predoctoral esté realizando la tesis.

 

La propuesta y la documentación requerida serán presentadas en una única solicitud por el investigador/a y supervisor/a de la tesis doctoral perteneciente a un centro o instituto del CSIC, a través de la aplicación telemática de convocatorias en la Intranet del CSIC: http://siw.csic.es/icv/  

Su formalización se realizará mediante la presentación de los siguientes formularios que pueden descargarse desde la aplicación de solicitudes (BDC):

  • Formulario de solicitud donde se incluirá la memoria de las actividades a desarrollar.

  • Certificado de aceptación del centro receptor.

  • Declaración responsable de cumplir con los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria.

Publication of the 2024 call for ‘iMOVE’ grants for short stays in R&D&I centres or companies abroad by trainee researchers who are working on their doctoral thesis at the CSIC.

The aim of these grants is to promote the mobility of CSIC research staff in training as an enhancement of the training programme and the development of their doctoral thesis. Stays may take place in R&D&I Centres or in foreign companies of recognised prestige.

  • Requirements:

    • To be enrolled in a doctoral programme and to be carrying out the doctoral thesis at a CSIC institute or centre, under the supervision of CSIC research staff during the entire period of the stay.

    • Not having grants that finance international stays or, failing this, accrediting that the corresponding grant has been applied for but not obtained.

    • The stays abroad that are the object of these grants must be carried out in their entirety and may begin from the day after the publication of the award decision until 31 July 2025, always within the period of enrolment in the Doctoral Programme.

    • The duration of the stay will be a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days, and will be carried out in a single period and centre or company.

    • The grants are intended exclusively to cover accommodation and living expenses (travel expenses are not included).

 

  • Application:

The deadline for submission of applications will start on 22 April and will remain open until 22 May 2024.

 

  • Submission of applications:

Although the beneficiaries of these grants will be the doctoral students who are selected, it is the researchers attached to CSIC Institutes or Centres who are supervising active doctoral students who must apply.  Each researcher may only apply for one grant associated with a doctoral thesis that he/she is supervising. Doctoral research staff attached to a centre or institute other than the one in which the pre-doctoral staff is carrying out the thesis cannot apply for the grant.

 

  • How do I apply?

The proposal and the required documentation will be submitted in a single application by the researcher and supervisor of the doctoral thesis belonging to a CSIC centre or institute, through the telematic application of calls on the CSIC Intranet: http://siw.csic.es/icv/.  

The application must be formalised by submitting the following forms, which can be downloaded from the application form (BDC):

  • Application form including the report of the activities to be carried out.

  • Acceptance certificate from the receiving centre.

  • Declaration of compliance with the requirements of the call for applications.
