Programa de mentoring CAMINO | CSIC
Abierta la inscripción de la 3ª ed. del programa CAMINO, el programa de mentoring organizado en el CSIC por y para vosotr@s y que se encuentra entre las acciones recogidas en el plan de acción de la estrategia HRS4R.
Este programa tiene el objetivo de facilitar el contacto entre doctorand@s del CSIC que estén interesados/as en orientar y, dar un impulso a su carrera, así como explorar nuevas oportunidades de la mano de profesionales de la administración pública y del sector privado.
Además, os ayudará a reflexionar sobre vuestras competencias, habilidades, oportunidades profesionales y a conocer cómo establecer contactos para seguir avanzando en el desarrollo de la carrera profesional.
Los perfiles de mentees para CAMINO son:
- Doctorand@s del CSIC, principalmente de tercer año y sucesivos.
- Doctorand@s que busquen orientación en identificar nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.
- Doctorand@s que quieran conocer a profesionales y recibir asesoramiento e información sobre oportunidades profesionales.
- Proactiv@s, de mente abierta y motivad@s.

Registration is now open for the 3rd edition of the CAMINO programme, the mentoring programme organised at the CSIC by and for you, which is one of the actions included in the action plan of the HRS4R strategy.
The aim of this programme is to facilitate contact between CSIC doctoral students who are interested in guiding and giving a boost to their careers, as well as exploring new opportunities with professionals from the public administration and the private sector.
It will also help you to reflect on your competences, skills, professional opportunities and how to establish contacts to further advance your career development.
The profiles of mentees for CAMINO are:
- CSIC PhD students, mainly in their third year and beyond.
- Doctoral students looking for guidance in identifying new opportunities for professional development.
- Doctoral students who want to meet professionals and receive advice and information on career opportunities.
- Proactive, open-minded and motivated.
