El premio a las tesis doctoral relevantes del CSIC tiene el objetivo de reconocer institucionalmente la labor que realiza el personal investigador en formación.  La zaragozana Isabel Franco ha obtenido el premio a la Tesis Doctoral Relevante que otorga el Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, CSIC, en el área Global de Sociedad por su tesis doctoral titulada “Preventing biodeterioration of cultural heritage using nanostructured materials” que realizó en el grupo Bionanosurf, bajo la supervisión de Scott G. Mitchell y Jesús Martínez de la Fuente. Este grupo de investigación pertenece al Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón (INMA), un instituto mixto del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) y la Universidad de Zaragoza.

CSIC Award for Outstanding Doctoral Thesis 2023 | Global Society Area

The CSIC's award for relevant doctoral theses aims to give institutional recognition to the work carried out by research staff in training.  Isabel Franco, from Zaragoza, has won the prize for the Relevant Doctoral Thesis awarded by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in the Global Society area for her doctoral thesis entitled "Preventing biodeterioration of cultural heritage using nanostructured materials", which she carried out in the Bionanosurf group, under the supervision of Scott G. Mitchell and Jesús Martínez de la Fuente. This research group belongs to the Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón (INMA), a joint institute of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) and the University of Zaragoza.
