The MAZ UNIZAR Chair awards prizes for the best doctoral thesis, among others.

Theme: Occupational Medicine

The MAZ Chair announces the fourth edition of the awards for the best doctoral thesis, the best Final Project of the MIR Speciality in Occupational Medicine, the best Master's Thesis (TFM) and the best Final Degree Project (TFG). The subject of the Thesis / work must be related to Occupational Medicine from any perspective.

Applications shall be submitted by interested persons following the procedure indicated in this call and must meet the following conditions:

•     Applicants for the prize for the best doctoral thesis will be PhDs who have defended their DOCTORAL THESIS with outstanding qualification cum laude in the years 2021, 2022 or 2023.
•     Applicants for the prize for the best FINAL PAPER IN THE SPECIALITY OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE (carried out at the end of the MIR training in this speciality) having concluded in the years 2021, 2022 or 2023.
•     Applicants for the prize for the best END OF MASTER'S THESIS (completed at the end of an official master's degree that grants access to a doctorate) will have publicly defended their master's thesis in the years 2021, 2022 or 2023, obtaining at least the grade of outstanding.
•     Applicants for the prizes for the two best FINAL DEGREE THESIS (carried out at the end of a degree) will have publicly defended their final degree project during the academic year 2022-23, obtaining at least the grade of outstanding.

Reception of applications: until 30 September 2023 (inclusive).
