Cuestionario para el PDI: “Radiografía de la igualdad: Análisis del panorama universitario español"
Estimado miembro del PDI del sistema universitario español,
En el marco del proyecto "Equality policies in the Spanish university: a study of gender gap in academia" (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Acuerdo de subvención n.º 945413), el Grupo de Investigación Social and Business Research Lab (SBRLab), con la colaboración de la Unidad Mujeres y Ciencia y el Ministerio de Universidades, llevan a cabo el estudio "Radiografía de la igualdad: Análisis del panorama universitario español".
Esta investigación busca analizar el impacto de las políticas de igualdad de género en las universidades españolas, al mismo tiempo que evalúa el nivel de sexismo, centrándose especialmente en la percepción y experiencias del personal docente e investigador.
Por este motivo, como miembro PDI del sistema universitario español, le invitamos a formar parte de este estudio mediante la cumplimentación anónima y voluntaria del siguiente cuestionario online de 10 minutos de duración. Cuestionario: https://forms.office.com/e/mHTq7NmFKR
Su colaboración permitirá conocer el impacto de las políticas de igualdad en la universidad, ayudando a obtener indicadores clave para evaluar su efectividad y orientar futuras acciones transformadoras. Dear PDI member of the Spanish university system,
Within the framework of the project "Equality policies in the Spanish university: a study of gender gap in academia" (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement no. 945413), the Social and Business Research Lab (SBRLab), with the collaboration of the Women and Science Unit and the Ministry of Universities, is carrying out the study "X-ray of equality: Analysis of the Spanish university landscape".
This research aims to analyse the impact of gender equality policies in Spanish universities, while assessing the level of sexism, focusing especially on the perception and experiences of teaching and research staff.
