I CICLO FORMACIÓN ONLINE WEB OF SCIENCE (15 DE MAYO - 02 DE JUNIO DE 2023)

FECYT, junto con Clarivate, ha organizado el I Ciclo de Formación Online de la base de datos Web of Science (WoS) que tendrá lugar entre el 15 de mayo y el 02 de junio de 2023, con el objetivo de dar a conocer las actualizaciones, cambios y novedades de esta base de datos, por medio de 15 sesiones gratuitas, en español, de 75 minutos de duración, en horario de mañana, de 11:00 a 12:15h.

Las formaciones podrán seguirse mediante la herramienta Webex Webinar (comprobar la configuración de Webex en su equipo y ¿Cómo inscribirse y conectarse a WebEx?), estructurándose por medio de módulos temáticos dirigidos a todo tipo de usuarios. Puede consultar el programa o el horario (peninsular) de cada jornada AQUI, para estudiar los contenidos y el temario y así averiguar en qué jornada quiere inscribirse.

El plazo de inscripción a estos cursos ya se encuentra abierto, y puede inscribirse, con su mail institucional, a través del menú Servicios / Formación de nuestra web o por medio de este enlace: INSCRIPCIÓN. Como novedad, ofrecemos un link único de inscripción, es decir, que podrá inscribirse a una o varias jornadas, e introducir sus datos una sola vez.

Las jornadas serán grabadas, y al día siguiente, podrá consultarse el vídeo de la sesión, así como acceder al material de la formación, que estará disponible en nuestra web.

JORNADAS OFERTADAS E INSCRIPCIÓN: es imprescindible registrarse con un email institucional. Las inscripciones con emails comerciales serán automáticamente rechazadas. No olvide inscribirse con sus datos personales correctos, puesto que serán los datos que aparecerán en su certificado de asistencia, el cual se genera automáticamente una sola vez y recogerá todas las sesiones formativas del I Ciclo de Formación, a las que se ha asistido y participado activamente, respondiendo a todos los cuestionarios planteados durante las sesiones.

MATERIAL DE LA FORMACIÓN: presentaciones y vídeos disponibles una vez termine cada jornada de formación.

Los asistentes a la jornada de formación online, recibirán por mail una encuesta de satisfacción y unos días más tarde, y en el mismo correo electrónico con el que se inscribieron, recibirán el certificado de asistencia, que recogerá todas las sesiones formativas a las que se ha acudido en el I Ciclo de Formación Online de Web of Science (del 15 de mayo al 2 de junio de 2023). Reiterar que, para recibir la encuesta y el certificado de asistencia, se requiere responder a todas las cuestiones planteadas en directo durante la sesión de formación online, y que esta, es la única forma de obtener certificado.

Por último, es muy importante recordar a los usuarios que deben recibir el mail de confirmación de la sesión a la que se han inscrito, o no podrán acceder a las jornadas. Estos mails, aunque son automáticos, a veces tardan unas horas en llegar. Además, son personales y en ocasiones se almacenan en la carpeta de correo no deseado/SPAM, o no llegan porque el usuario no se ha inscrito correctamente.

FECYT, together with Clarivate, has organised the I Cycle of Online Training of the Web of Science (WoS) database that will take place between 15 May and 02 June 2023, with the aim of providing information on updates, changes and new features of this database, by means of 15 free sessions, in Spanish, lasting 75 minutes, in the morning, from 11:00 to 12:15h.

The training sessions can be followed using the Webex Webinar tool (check the Webex configuration on your computer and How to register and connect to WebEx?), structured in thematic modules aimed at all types of users. You can consult the programme or the timetable (peninsular) of each day HERE, to study the contents and the agenda and find out which day you want to register for.

The registration period for these courses is now open, and you can register, with your institutional e-mail, through the menu Services / Training of our website or through this link: REGISTRATION. As a new feature, we offer a single registration link, i.e. you can register for one or more days, and enter your details only once.

The sessions will be recorded, and the following day, you will be able to watch the video of the session, as well as access the training material, which will be available on our website.

OFFERED CONFERENCES AND REGISTRATION: it is essential to register with an institutional email address. Registrations with commercial emails will be automatically rejected. Do not forget to register with your correct personal details, as these will be the details that will appear on your certificate of attendance, which is automatically generated only once and will include all the training sessions of the 1st Training Cycle, which you have attended and actively participated in, answering all the questionnaires given during the sessions.

TRAINING MATERIAL: presentations and videos available after the end of each training day.

Those attending the online training session will receive a satisfaction survey by email and a few days later, and in the same email with which they registered, they will receive the certificate of attendance, which will include all the training sessions attended in the 1st Web of Science Online Training Cycle (from 15 May to 2 June 2023). To reiterate that, in order to receive the survey and the certificate of attendance, it is required to answer all the questions raised live during the online training session, and that this is the only way to obtain the certificate.

Finally, it is very important to remind users that they must receive the confirmation email of the session they have registered for, or they will not be able to access the sessions. These e-mails, although automatic, sometimes take a few hours to arrive. In addition, they are personal and are sometimes stored in the spam/SPAM folder, or do not arrive because the user has not registered correctly.
