La encuesta a egresados del curso 2022-23 se cerró el pasado 14 de junio de 2024, habiéndose recibido 94 respuestas, lo que supone una tasa de respuesta del 34,7%. Cabe resaltar la alta valoración global de los estudios de doctorado (4,04 vs 3,97 curso anterior), que se extiende a diversos aspectos de la formación doctoral, aunque algunas puntuaciones dejan de manifiesto que existe un margen de mejora en diversas cuestiones. Siendo las puntuaciones más bajas de 3,53 (vs 3,53 curso anterior) correspondiente a "la relevancia de las actividades formativas"; 3,53 (vs 3,33 curso anterior) correspondiente a "la satisfacción con el nivel de retribución del puesto de trabajo"; 3,56 (vs 3,91 curso anterior) correspondiente a "la normativa de depósito y defensa de tesis doctoral" y 3,58 (vs 3,36 curso anterior) correspondiente a "las colaboraciones que mantiene el programa de doctorado con otros programas, instituciones, empresas, etc.".

Por otra parte, en cuanto al bloque de valoración de la contribución de la formación a la adquisición de competencias, las puntuaciones medias están por encima de 4, a excepción de lo relacionado con las competencias relacionadas con el conocimiento de otras áreas o disciplinas (3,72 vs 3,62 curso anterior), motivar a otros (3,78 vs 3,71) y el emprendimiento (3,79 vs 3,55), aspectos en los que habrá que seguir insistiendo desde el punto de vista de la formación. No obstante, cabe destacar el alto valor con que se puntúa (4,22 vs 4,14 curso anterior) la satisfacción con la formación realizada para el desarrollo profesional a largo plazo.

La encuesta de la cohorte 2022-23 confirma la elevada empleabilidad de los egresados, viéndose que los empleos desempeñados tienen un ajuste más que aceptable al nivel de doctorado (4,06 vs 4,00 curso anterior). En cuanto a la valoración general de los empleos desempeñados la encuesta muestra un valor muy alto de 4,18, similar al del curso anterior (4,11). It is worth highlighting the high overall assessment of doctoral studies (4.04 vs. 3.97 last year), which extends to various aspects of doctoral training, although some scores show that there is room for improvement in several areas. The lowest scores were 3.53 (vs. 3.53 for the previous year) for "relevance of training activities"; 3.53 (vs. 3.33 for the previous year) for "satisfaction with the level of remuneration for the job"; 3.56 (vs. 3.91 for the previous year) for "regulations for the deposit and defence of doctoral theses" and 3.58 (vs. 3.36 for the previous year) for "collaborations that the doctoral programme maintains with other programmes, institutions, companies, etc.".

On the other hand, with regard to the block of evaluation of the contribution of the training to the acquisition of competences, the average scores are above 4, with the exception of the competences related to knowledge of other areas or disciplines (3.72 vs. 3.62 previous year), motivating others (3.78 vs. 3.71) and entrepreneurship (3.79 vs. 3.55), aspects on which it is necessary to continue insisting from the point of view of training. However, it is worth noting the high score (4.22 vs. 4.14 in the previous academic year) for satisfaction with the training provided for long-term professional development.

The survey of the 2022-23 cohort confirms the high employability of the graduates, showing that the jobs held have a more than acceptable adjustment to the doctoral level (4.06 vs. 4.00 previous year).
