Abierta la nueva convocatoria SPIN TRANSFER para la creación de SPIN-OFFs UNIZAR

La Universidad de Zaragoza, a través de su OTRI y BSH Electrodomésticos España S.A. en el marco de la Cátedra BSH en Innovación, convocan el III Programa SPIN TRANSFER – FASE 1 para apoyar a los investigadores y personal de UNIZAR en la creación de empresas spin-off de la Universidad de Zaragoza.

Podrá participar cualquier persona con una idea empresarial basada en un resultado de investigación generado o co-generado en UNIZAR para la creación de una spin-off.

Se seleccionarán hasta 8 proyectos emprendedores cuyos equipos dispondrán de todo el apoyo necesario para convertir su idea basada en un resultado de investigación UNIZAR en una empresa spin-off.

Durante 2 meses y medio (del 25 de septiembre al 12 de diciembre) participarán en un programa de formación y capacitación específico para el desarrollo de spin-offs universitarias. La organización promoverá la formación de equipos de emprendimiento multidisciplinares, asignando perfiles complementarios a las personas con la idea empresarial para contar con un apoyo y trabajar juntos en el desarrollo del proyecto spin-off durante el itinerario formativo.

En la Ceremonia final, competirán con su proyecto por los siguientes premios:

  • PREMIO a los mejores 4 proyectos de emprendimiento Spin Transfer, que consiste en un estudio de mercado y de validación del interés comercial del proyecto de emprendimiento realizados por una consultora especializada en valorización de resultados y transferencia.

  • PREMIO  al mejor proyecto de emprendimiento Spin Transfer liderado por una mujer "inventora/autora”, que consiste en la contratación, por valor de hasta 2.000€, de uno o varios servicios de consultoría especializada de su elección, previa conformidad de OTRI, para el desarrollo de su proyecto empresarial.

¡Toda una oportunidad para identificar el valor que los resultados de investigación pueden aportar al mercado y a la sociedad, y diseñar un primer modelo de negocio con el acompañamiento de expertos!

The new SPIN TRANSFER call for proposals for the creation of UNIZAR SPIN-OFFs is now open.

The University of Zaragoza, through its OTRI and BSH Electrodomésticos España S.A., within the framework of the BSH Chair in Innovation, announce the III SPIN TRANSFER Programme – PHASE 1 to support researchers and staff at UNIZAR in the creation of spin-off companies from the University of Zaragoza.

Anyone with a business idea based on research results generated or co-generated at UNIZAR for the creation of a spin-off company is eligible to participate.

Up to eight entrepreneurial projects will be selected, and their teams will receive all the support necessary to turn their idea based on UNIZAR research results into a spin-off company.

For two and a half months (from 25 September to 12 December), they will participate in a specific training and capacity-building programme for the development of university spin-offs. The organisation will promote the formation of multidisciplinary entrepreneurial teams, assigning complementary profiles to the people with business ideas so that they can receive support and work together on the development of the spin-off project during the training programme.

At the final ceremony, they will compete with their projects for the following prizes:

  • PRIZE for the best four projects in the Spin Transfer entrepreneurship programme, consisting of a market study and validation of the commercial interest of the entrepreneurship project, carried out by a consultancy firm specialising in the valuation of results and transfer.

  • AWARD for the best Spin Transfer entrepreneurship project led by a female ‘inventor/author’, consisting of the contracting, for a value of up to £2,000, of one or more specialised consultancy services of their choice, subject to the approval of OTRI, for the development of their business project.

This is a great opportunity to identify the value that research results can bring to the market and society, and to design an initial business model with the support of experts!
