V Edición del Programa "Camino" (investigadores CSIC, 2025)
El CSIC lanza la quinta edición del Programa CAMINO (Career Mentoring Initiative for New Opportunities) dirigido a investigadores predoctorales en su tercer año, interesados en ampliar sus horizontes profesionales. CAMINO se desarrolla tomando como punto de partida el programa REBECA, desarrollado por la FECYT.
Durante seis meses, CAMINO emparejará a investigadores predoctorales con expertos que trabajan para organizaciones empresariales o la administración pública. Los participantes (mentores y mentorados) recibirán mentoría inicial.
CAMINO es totalmente voluntario tanto para los mentores como para los mentorados y se desarrollará en línea. El programa se basa en la escucha activa y la empatía, en un clima de confianza y en un marco de respeto y confidencialidad.
El perfil del mentor puede estar afiliado o no al CSIC, mientras que el perfil del mentorado debe estar relacionado con el CSIC.
El plazo de presentación de solicitudes comienza el 10 de abril y finaliza el 20 de mayo.
V Edition Camino Program (CSIC Researchers, 2025)
The CSIC launches the 5th edition of the CAMINO Program (Career Mentoring Initiative for New Opportunities) for predoctoral researchers in their third year, interested in broadening their professional horizons. CAMINO is developed taking the REBECA program, developed by FECYT, as a starting point.
For six months, CAMINO will pair up predoctoral researchers with experts working for business organizations or public administration. The participants (mentors and mentees) will receive initial mentoring.
CAMINO is completely voluntary for both mentors and mentees and will be conducted online. The program is based on active listening and empathy, in a climate of trust within a framework of respect and confidentiality.
The Mentor's profile can be affiliated or not to CSIC, whereas the Mentee's profile has to be related with CSIC.
The application period starts at April 10th and concludes at May 20th
