Ayúdanos a elaborar el LIBRO BLANCO DEL MAPA DE TALENTO INTERNACIONAL (dirigido a ESTUDIANTES INTERNACIONALES)
Esperamos poder contar con vuestra colaboración en este proyecto estratégico, que busca poner el foco en uno de los retos más urgentes de nuestro sistema universitario: la internacionalización real y efectiva del talento.
Con el propósito de realizar un diagnóstico que analice los retos que enfrenta el talento internacional para acceder a las universidades españolas se ha puesto en marcha el proyecto Mapa de Talento Internacional. Una iniciativa de Red de Fundaciones Universidad Empresa, junto a embajadas de todo el mundo y Ágora Diplomática.
Para avanzar en este proyecto, desde la Red de Fundaciones, coordinado por fundación de Madrid y con la colaboración de FEUZ y otras fundaciones, se ha lanzado un estudio ambicioso para:
Identificar la población de estudiantes internacionales que actualmente cursa estudios en España.
Analizar en profundidad sus perfiles y conocer aspectos clave como:
Países de origen más representados.
Titulaciones más demandadas.
Universidades y territorios con mayor concentración.
Principales dificultades de acceso (trámites administrativos, vivienda, barreras lingüísticas, etc.).
Patrones comunes según el país de procedencia.
Intereses en continuar su trayectoria académica o profesional en nuestro país.
Asimismo, el proyecto incluye un análisis comparativo internacional, con el objetivo de estudiar buenas prácticas y modelos de admisión de países de referencia, que nos permitan aprender y proponer mejoras fundamentadas.

Help us develop the INTERNATIONAL TALENT MAP WHITE PAPER (aimed at INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS)
We hope we can count on your collaboration in this strategic project, which seeks to focus on one of the most pressing challenges facing our university system: the real and effective internationalisation of talent.
With the aim of conducting an assessment to analyse the challenges faced by international talent in accessing Spanish universities, the International Talent Map project has been launched. This initiative is led by the University-Business Foundation Network, together with embassies around the world and Ágora Diplomática.
To move forward with this project, the Network of Foundations, coordinated by the Madrid Foundation and with the collaboration of FEUZ and other foundations, has launched an ambitious study to:
Identify the population of international students currently studying in Spain.
Analyse their profiles in depth and learn about key aspects such as:
Most represented countries of origin.
Most sought-after degrees.
Universities and regions with the highest concentration.
Main difficulties in accessing education (administrative procedures, housing, language barriers, etc.).
Common patterns according to country of origin.
Interest in continuing their academic or professional career in our country.
The project also includes an international comparative analysis, with the aim of studying best practices and admission models in reference countries, which will allow us to learn and propose informed improvements.
