The Ministry of Universities within its "Call for grants (to be published) 2023-2024 of the Mobility Sub-programme within the State Programme for the Promotion of Talent and its Employability" offers grants for "José Castillejo" mobility stays abroad for young PhDs" which aim to promote the mobility of young PhDs. They will finance up to 260 stays.

Torres Quevedo Grants
Three-year grants to promote the implementation of industrial research projects, experimental development projects or preliminary feasibility studies in companies, technology centres, technological innovation support centres, business associations and science and technology parks, for which the employment of doctoral graduates is necessary, in order to promote the professional career of research personnel, as well as to stimulate demand in the private sector for personnel sufficiently prepared to undertake R&D plans and projects, and to help the consolidation of recently created technology companies.
