Segunda edición del Congreso de Estudiantes de Doctorado Iberus Connect (CEDIC).
La comunidad de Estudiantes de Doctorado Iberus Connect os da la bienvenida a la segunda edición del Congreso de Estudiantes de Doctorado Iberus Connect (CEDIC). El congreso se celebrará los días 23 y 24 de mayo de 2024 en el Salón de Actos del CIFICE (Campus de San Francisco) y estará constituido por una presentación telemática previa de pósteres, comunicaciones orales, mesas redondas y, cómo no, eventos sociales. El congreso comenzará el jueves 23 a las 16h de la tarde con la sesión de bienvenida. La fecha límite de inscripción para la asistencia al congreso será el 12 de mayo.
Los asistentes tienen la posibilidad de mandar sus contribuciones mediante pósteres o comunicaciones orales. Para ello, primero deberán inscribirse en el evento del enlace anterior y después adjuntar el abstract en el formulario que se encuentra en dicho enlace. Por favor, descargad y usad la plantilla para la realización del abstract. Se podrá encontrar adjunta en este correo. Os informamos de que no aceptaremos otro formato distinto al facilitado en el formulario. La fecha límite para el envío de abstracts será el 12 de abril a las 23:59.
Aquellos participantes que soliciten comunicación oral y sus abstracts no sean aceptados para ser presentados como comunicación oral tendrán igualmente la opción de presentar su contribución como póster. El idioma de los abstract, pósteres y comunicaciones podrá ser tanto en inglés como en español.
El congreso se celebrará de forma presencial y se emitirán certificados de asistencia a todos los participantes, además de certificados de participación a quienes presenten comunicaciones o pósteres. La inscripción al congreso será gratuita, aunque existe la posibilidad de asistir a la comida del viernes 24 de mayo que tendrá un precio de 10-15 euros aproximadamente.
Os recomendamos la asistencia al evento para iniciaros en el ámbito de la investigación y conocer a personas doctorandas tanto de vuestra área de conocimiento como de otras. Asimismo, os recomendamos la asistencia a la comida y a las actividades sociales que se llevarán a cabo durante el congreso: clase de yoga, clase de baile, etc. ¡No os lo podéis perder!
Second edition of the Iberus Connect Doctoral Student Conference (CEDIC).
The Iberus Connect Doctoral Student Community welcomes you to the second edition of the Iberus Connect Doctoral Student Conference (CEDIC). The congress will be held on 23-24 May 2024 at the CIFICE Assembly Hall (San Francisco Campus) and will consist of a telematic pre-presentation of posters, oral communications, round tables and, of course, social events. The congress will start on Thursday 23rd at 16h in the afternoon with the welcome session. The registration deadline for the congress is 12 May.
Attendees have the possibility to send their contributions in the form of posters or oral communications. To do so, you must first register for the event at the link above and then attach the abstract in the form found at the link. Please download and use the template for the abstract. It can be found attached to this email. Please note that we will not accept any other format than the one provided in the form. The deadline for abstract submission is 12 April at 23:59.
Those participants who request an oral communication and whose abstracts are not accepted for presentation as an oral communication will still have the option of presenting their contribution as a poster. The language of the abstracts, posters and communications can be either in English or Spanish.
The congress will be held in person and certificates of attendance will be issued to all participants, as well as certificates of participation to those who present papers or posters. Registration for the conference will be free of charge, although there is the possibility of attending the lunch on Friday 24 May, which will cost approximately 10-15 euros.
We recommend you to attend the event to get started in the field of research and to meet doctoral students from your area of knowledge and from other areas. We also recommend you to attend the lunch and the social activities that will take place during the congress: yoga class, dance class, etc. Not to be missed!
