Certificates, diplomas, and degrees

1. APPLICATION

To apply for doctoral certificates or the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) send an e-mail to the UZDS Administration at docto@unizar.es.

Doctoral degrees, doctoral degree substitute certification, and degree duplicates can be requested at titulosdoctor@unizar.es.

Requests must state the type of certificate or degree requested, a postal address where it should be sent to, name, surname, PIN and scanned ID or passport.

2. PAYMENT

The corresponding public fees must be paid in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the following account:

IMPORTANT:

1. In order to identify the payment it is essential to write the student’s name and surname (not that of the person making the transfer).

Should you want to include a long text or if the payment is made for several students, it will be necessary to send a copy of the transfer order or a clarifying letter by e-mail to docto@unizar.es.

2. The transfer must be free of charge for the recipient (UZ). If the money received at the University does not cover the amount of the registration fee or the certificate, it will not be possible to process it.

3. CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMA COLLECTION

The certificates, and the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) receipts will be sent by mail (or will be delivered at the UZDS Administration, by appointment, in the case of certificates for foreign students who need to legalize the signature, only when mailing in not possible).

The receipts for doctoral degrees will be sent from the UZDS Administration.

The doctoral degrees will be delivered at the UZDS Administration by appointment.

Academic certificates and other personal documentation may only be delivered to the holder or authorized person. Authorizations must include the personal data of the authorized person (ID card, name, and surname), which procedure he/she is being authorized for and the signature of the person authorizing. A photocopy of the authorizing person's ID must be presented, and the authorized person must identify himself/herself with his/her own ID. A notarized document is required for the collection of diplomas.
