Student record transfer

Doctoral students may request a record transfer to another program. In this case, they must first apply for admission to the new program and, once admitted, apply to the University of origin for the transfer of their record. Similarly, a transfer between two programs at the same university may be requested.

If the transfer is approved, the date of presentation of the doctoral thesis will be respected and the Academic Committee may be asked to approve the training activities carried out for them to be included in their record.
