Annual assessment of the Research and Training Plan or Progress Report and the PhD Student’s Activity Report (DAD)

Deadline for PhD students to submit the research and training plan and the activity report for annual assessment: 4–15 May 2026.

Deadline for the submission of supervisor and director reports: 18–29 May 2026.

Deadline for submission of assessment reports by the coordinators: by 6 July 2026.

Deadlines for the second review in the event of a negative assessment: a new research plan must be submitted within six months of the negative assessment.
