Functions

With regard to the SIGC, the Quality Committee is responsible for the following functions: 

• Designing, reviewing, and proposing updates to the EDUZ SIGC.

• Defining and maintaining the EDUZ process map, including strategic, core, and support processes. 

• Designing SIGC procedures, indicators, and tools.

• Overseeing the overall operation of the SIGC and identifying risks and areas for improvement. 

• Monitoring improvement actions resulting from audits and external evaluations. 

• Coordinating the integration of information from the Doctoral Studies quality system into the EDUZ SIGC.

• Preparing comprehensive reports on the operation of the EDUZ SIGC. 

With regard to institutional accreditation processes, the following functions apply: 

• Conducting and technically coordinating EDUZ's institutional accreditation processes. 

• Gathering and systematizing evidence regarding EDUZ's various processes. 

• Preparing technical documentation required by the quality agency of the Autonomous Community of Aragon (ACPUA).

• Analyzing the results of external evaluations and proposing institutional-level improvements.

It will also assist the Management Committee by performing the following functions:

• Advising the Management Committee on matters regarding the center's quality. 

• Preparing technical reports on the status of the EDUZ's Internal Quality Assurance System (SIGC). 

• Proposing strategic lines of improvement for the EDUZ's quality system. 

• Supporting the definition of the EDUZ's strategic objectives and indicators. 

• Developing guidelines and support tools for quality management.
