Record Transfer

Instruction of the EDUZ of 23 May 2018 on the requirements for access, admission, dedication and permanence in the doctorate studies of the UZ regulated by the R.D. 99/2011.

Doctoral students can apply for a transfer to another programme. In this case, they must first apply for admission to the new programme and, once admitted, apply to their home university for the transfer of their transcript. In the same way, a transfer between two programmes at the same university can be requested.

If the transfer is approved, the date of submission of the doctoral thesis will be respected and the Academic Committee may be asked to approve the training activities carried out for inclusion in the student's transcript.
