VI UPPA-UNIZAR Cross-Border Doctoral Meeting 2025

From 22 to 24 October 2025, the VI Cross-Border Doctoral Meeting organised by the University of Zaragoza (UZ) and the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (UPPA) will take place in Jaca.

As in previous editions, an extensive programme of activities is planned, combining conferences, round tables, workshops (this edition focuses on the development of skills related to communication and entrepreneurship) and sessions for the presentation of participants' doctoral theses, both in the form of oral presentations and posters* (a prize will be awarded for the best poster). There will also be a guided tour of the Canfranc Underground Laboratory.

The thesis presentation sessions and posters will be in English, and this language will also be used in the workshops.

The academic programme is complemented by a social programme that includes visits to the Citadel, the Cathedral and the Museum of Romanesque Art in Jaca.

The preparation of a poster and a slide for the oral presentation is mandatory for participation. This requirement must be taken into account before proceeding with registration.

Certificates of attendance will be issued for participants in the VI Doctoral Meeting.
