Round table discussion: ‘Applying a gender perspective in research and innovation’

As part of the cross-disciplinary course ‘Inclusion of gender perspective in quality research’, a round table discussion will be held on

‘Application of gender perspective in research and innovation’, in which renowned researchers will discuss how they apply this perspective in their research. The participants will be:

  • Carmen Peña (moderator, coordinator of the Doctoral Programme in Gender Relations and Feminist Studies)

  • Lucía Pérez Moreno (professor in the Department of Architecture, winner of the ‘Celia Amorós’ award for research with a gender perspective in the 11th edition of the Aragón Investiga Awards)

  • Carmen Pérez-Llantada (professor in the Department of English and German Philology, winner of the ‘Celia Amorós’ award for research with a gender perspective at this year's edition of the Aragón Investiga Awards).

  • Isabelle Hupont (AI expert, advisor to the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and researcher at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre).

  • Rosa Magallón (Spain's first professor of Family Medicine, coordinator of the Aragonese Primary Care Research Group of the Government of Aragon).

The panel is open to the general public (and counts towards the cross-disciplinary activity of Interdisciplinary Seminars).

It will be held at the Faculty of Education on Thursday, 4 December, from 4 to 6 p.m. in classroom 6 (ground floor).
