Ramón Areces Foundation grants for doctoral theses

The Ramón Areces Foundation's fundamental objective is to promote scientific and technical research excellence in Spain through research grants, the training of young researchers, and the dissemination, promotion and development of scientific education and culture in general.

In pursuit of these objectives, the Foundation wishes to collaborate in the training of individuals embarking on their careers as scientific researchers by funding contracts for doctoral theses in doctoral programmes at Spanish universities and other research centres with the aim of obtaining a PhD degree from January 2026 onwards.
