ORDER EMC/563/2026 of 13 April, establishing the procedure for the recognition of research groups, approving the regulatory framework for the award of grants intended to promote the research activities of research groups recognised by the Government of the Community of Aragon, and launching the call for applications for the period 2026–2028

A new feature is the inclusion of the possibility that expenses relating to certain staff members who participate in the research group but are not employed under public recruitment procedures by the beneficiary organisation may be eligible, such as PhD students who do not have a contractual relationship with that organisation, regardless of whether this contract is funded through public calls for applications.
