Diversity and Inclusion in Academic Careers (DICA) - Invitation to Participate

The SINTE inter-university research team (URL-UAB-UOC) is carrying out the Diversity and Inclusion in Academic Careers (DICA) project. The aim of this project is to highlight and understand the diversity of doctoral pathways, as well as the challenges faced by doctoral students, in order to develop proposals that promote inclusive academic careers. This is a field that remains largely unexplored, and the lack of systematic data hinders progress towards more equitable and inclusive academic environments. For this reason, we would be very grateful if you could complete the following questionnaire, which takes about 15 minutes and is completely anonymous.
