11th Annual Conference on European Case Law | Doctoral Students in Legal Studies

Aimed at doctoral students in Law or Legal Sciences (as well as professors and senior researchers), the event will take place on June 18 at the Valladolid School of Law.

This conference brings together all legal disciplines to examine the case law of the past year from the European courts (CJEU, ECHR). It is open to any researcher, professor, or doctoral student who wishes to present a paper on a judgment of significant interest—both from a European and national perspective—for public presentation in an academic setting among experts in the field.

The event is highly dynamic and inclusive, encompassing all branches of law, which allows for the examination of a single judicial decision from a wide range of perspectives and viewpoints. It is organized into numerous roundtables, and attendees may attend, in addition to the roundtable where they are speaking, any of the others that they find particularly interesting or appealing.

Once all registrations with the abstracts have been received, the program will be finalized, specifying the roundtables and participants, along with the titles of the presentations and the identification of the speakers.
