APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION TO DOCTORAL STUDIES |

REGULAR PERIOD: from June 1 to July 22, 2022. Place: Administrative headquarters of the doctoral program, via electronic registration or the virtual secretary's office. Publication of the provisional list: October 4, 2022. Place: Administrative headquarters of the doctoral program and University electronic bulletin board. Complaints regarding the provisional list: to the doctoral program Academic Committee: October 6 and 7, 2022 Publication of the definitive list of admitted students: October 11, 2022.Place: Administrative headquarters of the doctoral program and University electronic bulletin board. Complaints in case of non-admission: to the Doctoral Commission, within 7 working days following the publication of the definitive list. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Extended deadline: At any time during the academic year, only if there are vacancies in the program, preferably via electronic registration addressed to the administrative office of the program. |

ENROLLMENT IN DOCTORAL STUDIES |

ENROLLMENT PERIODS: -CONTINUING STUDENTS: from September 5 to September 16, 2022 (second year and subsequent enrollment). -FIRST YEAR STUDENTS: from October 24 to November 4, 2022. Self-registration through the virtual secretary's office. Once self-registration through the virtual secretary's office is complete, students whose access-granting degree has been obtained at universities other than the University of Zaragoza must send their degree diploma (authenticated by diplomatic channels or notarized, if necessary), preferably by mail to the Doctoral School Administration, C/ Pedro Cerbuna, 12, 50009 - Zaragoza. Registration for students admitted in the extended deadline: any school day, preferably within five school days from the date of admission. Registration will be completed in person or by mail at the Doctoral School Administration, C/ Pedro Cerbuna, 12, 50009 - Zaragoza. |

ANNUAL EVALUATION OF THE RESEARCH PLAN AND THE DOCTORAL STUDENT'S ACTIVITIES DOCUMENT (DAD) |

Deadline for submission of the research plan and the activities document, for the annual evaluation by the doctoral students: June 1, 2023. Deadline for submission of the tutor’s and supervisor’s reports: June 8, 2023. Deadline for submission of the evaluation reports by the coordinators: July 7, 2023. Deadlines for the second review: in the case of a negative evaluation, a new research plan must be submitted within six months of the first negative evaluation |

READING OF DOCTORAL THESES |
|
No readings or presentations of doctoral theses, ordinary meetings of collegiate, governing or university participation bodies must be convened during non-school days. Saturdays, holidays, and the periods established in the University of Zaragoza general calendar are considered as non-school days. -Christmas 2022: from December 23, 2022, to January 8, 2023. -Easter 2023: from April 3 to April 10, 2023. -Summer 2023: from July 10 to August 31, 2023. For the exclusive purposes of the reading of doctoral theses, days 10 through 28 July 2023 will be considered as school days and doctoral theses may be defended in the morning or online. |
