Award for Best Doctoral Thesis - VIUNED Chair in Global Neuroscience and Social Change

The VIU-NED Chair in Global Neuroscience and Social Change has announced the Call for Entries for the 2026 Best Doctoral Thesis Award, with the aim of recognizing outstanding doctoral work that has made a significant contribution to knowledge of the nervous system and its clinical and social impact.

The award is aimed at doctoral theses in neuroscience, from biomedical, basic, or translational approaches, that stand out for their scientific quality, methodological soundness, and projected impact, in line with the framework of Global Neuroscience and Social Change.

Doctoral theses defended at public or private universities and/or research centers in Spain during the two years prior to the call for applications are eligible to compete.
