1. PIN AND ADMINISTRATIVE PASSWORD

The PIN and administrative password are essential to self-enroll in the doctoral program. The PIN is assigned to all students accessing the UZ for the first time. It is used for identification when accessing University services through the Internet, such as consulting the student record or requesting an appointment for registration. To ensure that access to these databases takes place in a secure environment, an administrative password is assigned along with the PIN, which allows the user's identity to be verified.

If you forget them, you may request that they be provided to you at the secretary's office or administrative Administration of the UZ Center in which you were enrolled, including the UZDS Administration, if you were previously enrolled in doctoral studies.

2. SMART UNIVERSITY CARD (SUC)

All students who begin studies at the UZ are provided with a university card that recognizes them as students, and may be required as an ID document in certain situations, is necessary to request library services, access the Sports Activities Service or the University Center for Modern Languages, and provides several discounts in cinemas, theaters, museums, stores, etc. Once the enrollment has been completed, the SUC can be obtained in just a matter of minutes via an instant printing system at one of the available issuing points. Prior identification and a picture (taken on site) will be needed.

During enrollment periods there will be an issuing point at the Interfacultades Building of the Plaza San Francisco Campus and another one in the Torres Quevedo Building of the Río Ebro Campus. Any student from any UZ Center can use either of the issuing points indistinctly. Additionally, there will be a moving issuing point operating in Huesca, Teruel, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, at the University Center of Defense and at the Polytechnic University School of La Almunia for the convenience of the students of these centers.
